Return and Refund Policy
Queremos que este siempre satisfecho con su compra, por eso nuestra política de retornos es la siguiente:
- Podra cambiar joyas que NO SEAN PERSONALIZADAS por un valor similar o mayor. No se devuelve dinero en efectivo.
- Arreglaremos sus JOYAS PERSONALIZADAS para que queden a su satisfacción. Ajustes de tamaño y otros que son responsabilidad del cliente, serán facturados al cliente. Pero no se preocupe, solo le cobramos por el material.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, this is why we allow the following to be exchanged:
- You can get a credit towards another jewelry piece of equal or more value on NON-PERSONALIZED pieces. We don't issue cash or credit card refunds.
- For your PERSONALIZED PIECES, we can adjust them to your satisfaction; however, additional materials added that is responsibility of the customer will be billed to the customer. But don't worry, just the material.
